Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our atelier in Meerut.

Delivery partner

Parcels are shipped through our logistics partner ParcelX and its network of courier companies, chosen for your pincode.

Delivery time and charges

Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days across India after dispatch; remote areas can take a little longer. Shipping is free on every order — there are no delivery charges.

Tracking

Every parcel is sealed and trackable. You will receive your tracking reference by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships, and you can check it any time under My Account → Orders.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel. If it looks damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier. Any concern about your order — a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or non-genuine item — must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rudraansh.net or +91 86307 12204 (WhatsApp); claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted. We recommend recording a short video while opening the parcel — it makes any claim much quicker to settle. See our Returns & Exchange policy.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us — we arrange select destinations case by case.
