Welcome to Rudransh Gems & Jewels. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rudraansh.net and every purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully — by using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

We sell our own products directly to you; we are not a marketplace for other sellers.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- You can buy as a guest or create an account. Accounts are created only after you verify your email address with a one-time code.
- Please give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.
3. Our products
- Natural materials. Rudraksha beads and gemstones are natural. Size, colour, shape, surface texture and mukhi lines vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from the photographs, which are representative. This variation is not a defect.
- Authenticity. Pieces are supplied with the authenticity card or certificate described on the product page. Certificates describe the material and origin of the piece.
- Spiritual and traditional significance. Descriptions of the spiritual, astrological or traditional significance of Rudraksha, gemstones and idols reflect long-held beliefs and practices. They are shared for information only and are not promises of any particular result. They are not medical, financial or professional advice.
- Care. Please follow the care guidance provided with your piece; damage from misuse, chemicals, water or normal wear is not a defect.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on every order. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the price or description is clearly wrong, delivery is not possible to your address, or we suspect fraud — and if you have already paid, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
6. Payment
Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed securely by our payment partner PhonePe. Cash on delivery is also available — please keep the order amount ready to pay the courier when your parcel is delivered. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within India through ParcelX and its courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates on the website are indicative and may change because of courier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. 8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
- Cancellations: you can cancel within 15 hours of placing an order, if it has not been dispatched, for a full refund. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
- Reporting window: every claim — for a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or non-genuine item — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after that cannot be accepted.
- Refunds: only for items that arrive damaged or are proven not genuine by an independent laboratory report. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Exchanges: only for defective or damaged items; we send a replacement after inspecting the returned item.
- Not returnable: items marked non-returnable, customised pieces and rare beads (10 Mukhi and above) unless damaged or not genuine, natural variation in beads and gemstones, and handmade idols whose appearance, size or weight varies slightly.
- Return shipping is arranged by you; if your claim is approved, we refund the return postage you paid.
- Refund time: within 7 working days of approval, to your original payment method (10–14 working days for cards and netbanking to reflect).

9. Offers, coupons and reviews
Coupons and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Reviews you post must be your own honest experience of a product you bought; we may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product. We never edit a review to change its meaning.
10. Using the website
Please do not misuse the website — for example by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or posting unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Rudransh name — belongs to Rudransh Enterprises or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use the content commercially without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network failures or government action.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including the right to approach the consumer commission applicable to you), the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month. Please include your order number (if any) and a short description of the issue.
