Yes — every bead is sourced directly from growers in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal, and the origin is stated on the signed authenticity card that ships with your piece.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Insured, tracked delivery takes 3–6 business days across India, and shipping is free on every order.

We refund items that arrive damaged or are proven not genuine by an independent lab report, and exchange items that are defective; when a claim is approved, we also refund your return postage. Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery — we are unable to accept claims after that. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Measure your wrist snugly with a thread and add 1–1.5 cm. If you are between sizes or gifting, message us on WhatsApp and we will size it for you before dispatch.
