Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Insured, tracked delivery takes 3–6 business days across India, and shipping is free on every order.
We refund items that arrive damaged or are proven not genuine by an independent lab report, and exchange items that are defective; when a claim is approved, we also refund your return postage.
